...MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE EVENING RUSH 
HOUR OVER MOST OF THE TRI-STATE... 
 
A COUPLE OF BANDS OF MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOWFALL WERE BLANKETING 
ALL BUT THE FAR NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE TRI-STATE WITH MODERATE TO 
HEAVY SNOW. THESE BANDS...PRODUCING SNOWFALL RATES OF 1 TO 2 
INCHES PER HOUR AT TIMES...ARE EXPECTED TO PERSIST THROUGH THE 
EVENING RUSH HOUR. THIS MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOW...COUPLED WITH 
WINDS GUSTING TO 25 TO 35 MPH AT TIMES WILL OCCASIONALLY REDUCE 
VISIBILITIES TO ONE QUARTER MILE OR LESS THROUGH THE EVENING RUSH 
HOUR. 
MOTORIST ARE URGED TO ONLY TRAVEL IF ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY...AND 
THEN WITH EXTREME CAUTION.
