Snow Laborers
DSNY is calling in pre-registered snow laborers to remove snow and ice from bus stops, crosswalks, fire hydrants and step streets. Those who have pre-registered should report to the garage listed on their ID card on Wednesday, January 22 at 8 a.m.

Garbage and Recycling
Garbage and recycling collection is suspended Tuesday, Jan. 21 and Wednesday, Jan. 22.
Suspension of Alternate Side Parking
The New York City Department of Transportation, in conjunction with the Department of Sanitation, announced that Alternate Side Parking Regulations will be suspended citywide Tuesday and Wednesday, Jan. 21 and 22, to facilitate snow removal.
Payment at parking meters will remain in effect throughout the City.
