* WHERE...New York City and adjacent suburbs of New York and New
  Jersey, and coastal southwest Connecticut west of the New Haven
  area.

* WHEN...From Monday morning through Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power
  lines. Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be
  difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
