A light glaze of ice is expected. * WHERE...Portions of northeast New Jersey, southern Connecticut and southeast New York. * WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A brief period of freezing rain expected for an hour or two, then quickly transitioning to sleet and snow before ending.
