Although no coastal flooding is foreacst by the National Weather Service, West 12th Road is experiencing tidal flooding at 9 am as we approach a 10 am (5.3 foot) high tide.
The unexpected tidal departure is apparently the result of the tail end of last evening's storm which is passing off our coast..
