• Income Requirements for Build It Back Changes Form; if you qualified for and accepted an SBA loan, you need to turn it over to Build It Back as a "transfer of Disaster Recovery Benefits," so they, BIB, can pay your contractor on your behalf, instead of you paying the contractor
• BIB are counting SBA loans as a “benefit”
• How can a loan be a benefit if we are paying it back, with interest?
• We would have a "transfer" amount that would be a major fraction of our SBA loan
• This means that we would be turning over a loan my husband qualified for, so BIB can have the privilege of disbursing instead of SBA directly to us -- so BIB can say they helped us, REALLY??
• All of this, rather than offer us help to reduce our need to take on more crushing debt, my husband is retiring at the end of this month which means his income will become fixed
• FEMA required we pay back a “grant” for our uninsured house contents with the very first disbursement of our SBA loan or nothing else would be given to us, rather than decrease the amount of the loan by the "grant" amount
• BIB is doing the same thing
• MAFIA king pins are in prison for racketeering because the government says it's illegal for them to extort money, or cook their books,
• ISN'T THAT WHAT BIB AND THE FEDS ARE DOING?
• BIB is shifting the burden onto the backs of those of us who can qualify for SBA loans rather than offer real help, so the income requirement is alive and well
• WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF BUILD IT BACK; TO JUSTIFY THEIR EXISTENCE BY OFFERING ANOTHER LAYER OF BLOATED BUREAUCRACY??
