Rally at City Council's 3/31/2014 Build It Back Oversight Hearing

On Monday, March 31, 2014 at 10:00 a.m., the New York City Council's Committee on Recovery and Resiliency will hold an oversight hearing on the status of the New York City Build It Back Program.

Please come to City Hall at 10 a.m. on
Monday, March 31st for an impromptu Rally.

Make and bring signs.

This is our chance to let government officials and the rest of the world know that thousands of citizens of the greatest city in the world are unable to move back into our homes because we are not getting the help we need from insurance because of systematic under-payments and that the City's Build It Back program has left us all in the lurch for nearly a year and a half.

Even if you can't testify, a unified show of force by rallying on the steps of City Hall will get the attention of the media and our electeds -- they work for us, yet we have been put in a position to beg for help for the most basic of needs, a livable home.

Kindest Regards,
