* LOCATIONS...PORTIONS OF THE NEW YORK CITY METROPOLITAN AREA 
AND NORTHEAST NEW JERSEY AND NORTHERN PORTIONS OF WESTERN LONG 
ISLAND. 
 
* HAZARD TYPES...SNOW...SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN. 
 
* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 3 TO 5 INCHES...ALONG 
WITH AROUND ONE QUARTER OF AN INCH OF ICE. 
 
* VISIBILITIES...ONE QUARTER TO ONE HALF MILE AT TIMES. 
 
* TIMING...SNOW LATE TONIGHT...MIXING WITH AND CHANGING TO SLEET 
AND FREEZING RAIN EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING. 
 
* IMPACTS...SNOW AND ICE ON ROADS WILL CREATE HAZARDOUS TRAVEL.
