The following email was received from DOT Queens Commissioner Maura McCarthy regarding the status of returned consent forms.
"Just an FYI....
As of Tuesday, October 9th at 4pm.
West 11th Road - 70% returned
On West 12th Road - 29% returned
On West 13th Road - 16% returned
A total of 51 out of 135 of the signed forms were returned to DDC (38% returned rate for the 3 streets).

As previously stated in both the posts on this site as well as individual letters delivered to all W12th Road residents, it is absolutely critical that thal all West 12th Road (as well as 11th and 13th Roads) sign and return these consent forms to the city for this project to move forward.
