Tucked away on the west side of the small town of Broad Channel in the middle of Jamiaca Bay is a narrow, dead end, street that goes by the name of West 12th Road. Those of us who live there know that the nice part about living in a small town is that when you are not quite sure what is going on, someone else always does! [Peter J. I think this is very practical concept and would work well on narrow road such as the 12th Road. I would love to see this to become reality.

I agree with the previous comment; this design is a refreshing solution to a nagging issue and it really presents several solutions: The encroachment of residents' properties onto city property, drainage, maintaining sidewalks of adequate width, and so on. The tide has made our street look ddirty for so long, maybe this beautiful design will encourage all of us not to litter and to keep our road tidy!
