I went to the
citys' website at 4:00 am this morning to ascertain the status of public school closings and all I got was a continual "
Service Unavailable" message. It appears that the city will not announce a decision regarding the shools until later this morning at 5:00 am.

Update: At 5:05 a.m.,The Mayor's Office has announced that all NYC Pubic Schools will be open today!]
