* LOCATIONS...Vulnerable locales along Jamaica bay, as well as
  along the ocean beachfront.

* TIDAL DEPARTURE...1 to 2 ft above astronomical tides Tuesday
  Night, and 2 to 3 ft on Wednesday.

* TIMING...Minor coastal flooding during Tuesday night high tide
  cycle, with minor coastal flooding likely for Wednesday high
  tide cycle.

* COASTAL FLOOD IMPACTS...Around 1 ft of inundation above ground
  level in low lying, vulnerable areas during the Tuesday Night
  high tide cycle. For the Wednesday high tide cycle, 1 to 2 feet
  of inundation is possible. Some roads and low lying property
  including parking lots, parks, lawns and homes/businesses with
  basements near the waterfront will experience shallow flooding.

* SHORELINE IMPACTS...Breaking waves will result in beach erosion
  with only minor damage possible to dune structures.
