Hazardous Weather Outlook
National Weather Service New York NY
458 AM EST Thu Feb 15 2018
This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for Atlantic coastal waters,
southern Connecticut, northeast New Jersey and southeast New York.
A fast moving storm system will pass to the south and east of the
area Saturday night into Sunday morning. An accumulating snow is
likely, which may mix with rain at the coast. At this time, the
potential for 6 or more inches is low.
Tucked away on the west side of the small town of Broad Channel in the middle of Jamiaca Bay is a narrow, dead end, street that goes by the name of West 12th Road. Those of us who live there know that the nice part about living in a small town is that when you are not quite sure what is going on, someone else always does! [Peter J. Mahon West 12th Road, Broad Channel]
