QUEENS COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN NEW YORK... * UNTIL 1130 AM EDT * AT 936 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN MOVING INTO THE ADVISORY AREA THAT WILL CAUSE OVERFLOWING POOR DRAINAGE AND MINOR URBAN FLOODING. WITH HIGH TIDES COINCIDING WITH THE HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA IN THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS, THE URBAN FLOOD THREAT COULD BE EXACERBATED FOR LOW LYING LOCALES.
