FRIDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING...THE STORM PREDICTION CENTER IS FORECASTING A MARGINAL RISK OF ISOLATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING WIND GUSTS UP TO 60 MPH ACROSS THE LOWER HUDSON VALLEY...NEW YORK CITY AND NORTHEAST NEW JERSEY.
