Children and adults alike enjoyed a special Breakfast With The Easter Bunny at Christ Presbyterian Church by the Sea.Photos by Dan GuarinoIt was a busy morning for the Easter Bunny on Sunday, March 27. But he did find time to hop over for a very special appearance at Christ Presbyterian Church by the Sea in Broad Channel.
The congregation hosted their annual Breakfast With The Easter Bunny, which also raises funds for the church, in the post-storm renovated church hall just off Noel Road. The event was very well attended.
Families enjoyed fresh cooked eggs and pancakes, coffee and cakes. Many children came dressed in their Easter Sunday best. While some little ones were a little skeptical about approaching this large floppy eared rabbit, most enthusiastically welcomed this special holiday guest. Even Pastor Reverend Deborah Mahaney got a picture with the dapper bunny.
