Ruscillo Honored By NYPD Transit
100th Precinct Community Council President Danny Ruscillo was honored with the NYPD Community Member Appreciation Award.100th Precinct Community Council President Danny Ruscillo was honored by the NYPD Transit Bureau on Wednesday, April 1.
Ruscillo received an NYPD Community Member Appreciation Award along with other civilians at the Transit Borough Queens and Bronx Department Recognition Ceremony, known as Medal Day, held at Washington Irving Campus Gramercy Arts High School in Manhattan.
So many officers received medals for their outstanding work in the NYPD as their family members looked on,” Ruscillo said about the event later. “The high school’s auditorium was completely filled with a sea of blue and the civilians who give their time to work alongside New York's Finest.”
“I would like to thank the NYPD Transit Bureau and our Transit District 23rd Precinct for recommending me for this award,” he said.“
