ICE ACCUMULATION UP TO A TENTH OF AN INCH. * VISIBILITIES...ONE HALF MILE AT TIMES. * TIMING...SNOW WILL DEVELOP THIS AFTERNOON...THEN MIX WITH OR CHANGE TO FREEZING RAIN THIS EVENING.
