AROUND AN INCH OF SNOW IS LIKELY IN NEW YORK CITY AND ITS
IMMEDIATE SUBURBS TONIGHT...WITH 1 TO 2 INCHES OF SNOW LIKELY
ELSEWHERE. LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS ARE POSSIBLE.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY.

WIND CHILL VALUES WILL FALL AS LOW AS 20 BELOW THURSDAY NIGHT
THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING. WIND CHILLS WILL REMAIN BELOW ZERO
THROUGHOUT THE DAY FRIDAY AND FRIDAY NIGHT.
