Winter Storm Update #1: Sunday Jan 25th @ 2 pm



We are currently under a "Blizzard Watch"

This is a major, potentially historic snowstorm for our area.  


What you can expect

Monday Daytime

Snow (1-3 inches) can can be expected by early  morning with a high temperature of 28 degrees and NW winds of 10-13 mph.

Monday Night

Heavy snow (9-13 inches)  with a low temperature of 25 degrees and N winds of 23-29 mph gusting higher with blizzard conditions expected.  Strong winds off the ocean could result in coastal flooding.

Tuesday Daytime

Heavy snow (4-8 inches) with a high temperature of 28 degrees and N winds of 23-29 mph gusting higher. Strong winds off the ocean could result in coastal flooding.

Presently it looks like the storm will start winding down in our area around Tuesday evening.

Projected Snow Accumulation at this time - 18-24 inches
