W12th Road Tidal Flooding - Wednesday Morning 12/4/2013

[8:00 a.m.].....As expected, this morning's 9 a.m., 6.8 foot, high tide is being exacerbated by coastal flooding.

[8:10 a.m.].....The tidal flooding has run all the way up West 12th Road to Cross Bay Boulevard.
