Absolutely Great news. Congressman Jerrold Nadler supports the reopening of the Queens Rockaway Beach line.
Queens Community Board 5 also supports using the Queens RBL for faster transportation.
Yahoo! This is wonderful. Faster transportation for all of Queens so we can improve our lives.
The Queens RBL will help more people and unite the Borough of Queens and the City.
Our population is growing and our public transit system must expand to address the dangerous, overcrowded and unreliable buses, trains and roadways.
Trains are faster, cleaner and more efficient than a bus. We need to expand our train system.
Queens needs more jobs and better schools and a stronger economy for all. Faster transportation will stimulate investments, development and heathy growth.
It's a shame that the train was taken from us for over 60 years. Justice and equality will prevail.
Two and a half hours to cross over Queens by public transportation is ridiculous.
It's about time that decent people stand up and correct this injustice.
