From this week's Beachcomber column....
Wave editor Kevin Boyle got a last minute invitation to be on a panel at Columbia University Law School.
Boyle joined others at the event, Soaring Flood Insurance: ShouldCongress Step In.
Good thing he attended as he was the only one demanding that congress step in.
The lopsided panel was just another sign that a lot of people want Biggert Waters to stay in place.
