The National Weather Service has just issued a High Wind Warning for NYC from 3PM-11PM today.
Sustained winds of 20-30 MPH and gusts up to 60 MPH have been forecasted.
The strongest winds are expected late this afternoon and early this evening.
Winds could bring down trees and power lines.
