| The above picture was taken at 12:15 am, Thursday morning and the snow is piling up, still coming down hard and fast. The NWS is now projecting snowfall totals of 9 to 14 inches by morning! Mayor Bloomberg will not allow a decision to be made regarding closing NYC Public Schools until later this morning at 5:00 am ! |
