REMINDER--WEST 13TH ROAD IS CLOSED TO ALL TRAFFIC. PLEASE OBEY POSTED SIGNS. (THE RESTRICTIONS WILL BE LIFTED FOR WEDNESDAY, JULY 4TH ONLY, BUT PARKING RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT ALL OTHER TIMES. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR CAR IS OFF THE STREET BY 7 AM THURSDAY MORNING, JULY 5TH.
