Hey Build it Back - how about just a little courtesy/consideration and maybe even just a wee bit of on site supervision?

In front of 51 West 12th Road (10:25 am)

Less than 24 hours after the "porta potty" was relocated from in front of 51 West 12th Road Build it Back contractors are now utilizing the same area to drop bundles of railroad ties in front of the same occupied property.

One pile of ties was dropped right between the front entrance and driveway and garage entrance with  an additional bundle now effectively blocking a quarter of the homeowners driveway.

The ties were dropped off at 10:20 am and still remained in place more than an hour later.

Dumpster in front of 52 West 12th Road

It should also be noted that  BiB staff has dropped off a dumpster directly in front of the entrance to 52 West 12th Road, yet another occupied residence.

What part of "try not to impact any of the few remaining occupied homes on W2th Road" do BiB contractor staff fail to grasp?

A better question would be, where is the supervision for this project?

  2. This is crazy! Also crazy has been the traffic when dumpsters are double parked, and pulling down blocks. No supervision at all.

  3. Thank you Pete, for all your effort in watching over us always. However you have not really dealt with BIB and I assure you, it is falling on deaf ears. I am going deaf with the concrete banging and shaking the house and car alarms going off. Tomorrow we can do it again!!!
