The gusty winds overnight, combined with cold temperatures, will
result in frigid wind chill values. Temperatures overnight into
early Sunday morning will fall into the teens, with wind chill
values late tonight into early Sunday morning will fall
to zero to 5 degrees below zero for the NYC and NJ metro area and
coastal plain...to 10 to 15 degrees below zero across interior
portions of the Tri-State.
Dress in layers and avoid prolonged exposure to the cold.
