ADVISORY FOR SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 7 AM THIS MORNING TO
1 AM EST SUNDAY.

* LOCATIONS...FAIRFIELD COUNTY IN CONNECTICUT...NEW YORK CITY
  BOROUGHS...AND SOUTHERN WESTCHESTER COUNTIES IN NEW YORK.

* HAZARD TYPES...SNOW.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...2 TO 5 INCHES FOR NEW YORK CITY AND
  SOUTHERN WESTCHESTER. 3 TO 7 INCHES FOR FAIRFIELD COUNTY.
  HIGHEST AMOUNTS ACROSS EASTERN PORTIONS OF THE ADVISORY AREA.

* TIMING...SNOW DEVELOPING THIS MORNING...FALLING MODERATELY AT
  TIMES DURING THE LATE MORNING AND AFTERNOON...THEN TAPERING OFF
  IN THE EARLY EVENING.

* WINDS...NORTH 10 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 25 MPH.

* TEMPERATURES...UPPER TEENS TO LOWER 20S.

* VISIBILITIES...ONE HALF MILE AT TIMES.

* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL DUE TO SNOW COVERED ROADS AND REDUCED
  VISIBILITIES.
