MORNING... 
 
...WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM SATURDAY TO 
NOON EST SUNDAY... 
 
* LOCATIONS...NEW YORK CITY...LONG ISLAND AND MOST OF NORTHEAST 
NEW JERSEY. 
 
* HAZARD TYPES...POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS. 
 
* TIMING...COLDEST WIND CHILLS LATE SATURDAY NIGHT INTO EARLY 
SUNDAY MORNING. 
 
* WIND CHILL...18 BELOW TO 23 BELOW DUE TO TEMPERATURES AS LOW AS 
1 BELOW...AND WINDS NORTHWEST 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 
MPH. 
 
* IMPACTS...THE FRIGID CONDITIONS WILL BE DANGEROUS TO THOSE 
VENTURING OUTSIDE. PROLONGED EXPOSURE MAY CAUSE FROSTBITE.

Instructions:A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WINDS WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE LOW WIND CHILLS. THIS WILL RESULT IN FROST BITE AND LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN. IF YOU MUST VENTURE OUTDOORS...MAKE SURE YOU WEAR A HAT AND GLOVES.
