At 7:15 am tidal flooding is well underway on West 12th Road
as the 8:30 am high tide approaches.
The street flooding is a mix of snow, ice, slush and bay water which will ultimately settle as the tide water recedes and freeze into a solid mass with overnight temps in the low 20's.
