THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR SOUTHERN
CONNECTICUT...NORTHEAST NEW JERSEY AND SOUTHEAST NEW YORK.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT.

LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL IS LIKELY AHEAD OF A SLOW MOVING COLD FRONT
FROM LATE TONIGHT INTO FRIDAY. BECAUSE OF THE RELATIVELY SLOW
MOTION EXPECTED FOR ANY CONVECTION...WIDESPREAD MINOR FLOODING OF
URBAN AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS IS LIKELY. THERE IS ALSO THE
POSSIBILITY OF FLASH FLOODING OF URBAN AREAS AND FAST RESPONDING
SMALL STREAMS AND RIVERS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY.

THE FLOOD THREAT WILL END FROM WEST TO EAST DURING THE DAY ON
FRIDAY.
