All W12th Road homeowners are invited to and strongly urged to attend a meeting
with our Community Construction Liaison, Fern Weinreich, at 7:00 pm on the
evening of Wednesday, May 20th, 2015 in the Construction Field
Office located at 59 West 12th Road.
The purpose of this
meeting is to have a general discussion with all West 12 Road residents to
advise all of us of as to what we can expect when construction work involving the raising West 12th Road begins.
If possible, please
ensure at least one (1) adult member of each West 12th Road property
is present at this meeting so that we will all understand what will be
happening on our street in the near future.
Copies of this advisory were placed in the mailboxes of all W12th Road homes Saturday afternoon, May 16th, 2015.

Please note:
This meeting is limited solely to residents of West 12th
Road as the agenda and discussion will only address work scheduled for that street and
space is limited within the West 12th Road Field Office.
Similar meetings will be held for the residents of West 11th and 13th Roads prior to the start of street reconfiguration and raising on their respective blocks.
