Earlier this morning the always tardy Mayor slipped in a side door of St. Patrick's Cathederal 15 minutes late for mass.
A little girl named Alice who was sitting in the pew next to the side door was overheard remarking to her mother, "Oh Mom it's just the Mayor in a waist coat with a watch! He's curious. What could the Mayor possibly be late for?"
