After meeting with Goldfeder, Ulrich and Community Leaders the Department of Transportation has agreed to include additional side street in Sandy damaged street repaving...
The NYC Department of Transportation (DOT) has agreed to repave the side streets in Broad Channel initially excluded, including East 6th and Shad Creek. Thanks to all those who reached out to share their concerns, but a special thank you to Dan Mundy and the Broad Channel Civic Association for the hard work and constant advocacy. We will keep pushing until every family is safe and secure back in their own home and that our community is built back stronger!
Stay strong!
