We have sustained tidal street flooding during 12 high tides over the past 9 calendar days, with a full "super moon" on August 10th, and several of them have been severe!

The good news is that, hopefully, today's noon high tide should be the last of the significant tidal street flooding for the remainder of August!
On the other hand, our next full moon on Tuesday, September 9, 2014, will also be a "perigee full moon", also referred to as....you guessed it....a "super moon" which will see yet another round of significant tidal street flooding on W12th Road during the period of September 5th through September 13th, 2014.
And work on our new end of street bulkhead is starting........?
