Cox to a meeting of interested Republicans.“The gathering was hosted to raise awareness and address issues of concern in our community and in our state,” Michael O’Reilly said about the NYGOP Event he recently hosted at his home in Broad Channel.
Among the special guests were former U.S. Congressman Bob Turner and Chairman of the New York Republican State Committee Edward F. Cox.
O’Reilly noted the turnout for the meeting, held against the back drop of Jamaica Bay, was good.
“I was very happy to have the opportunity to take a tangible step in helping to address these all important issues that we face today,” O’Reilly said, “and am thrilled with all of the people that took the time out of their busy schedules to attend.”
