MONDAY AFTERNOON. 
 
* LOCATIONS...PORTIONS OF METROPOLITAN NORTHEAST NEW JERSEY...NEW 
YORK CITY AND LONG ISLAND. 
 
* HAZARD TYPES...SNOW. 
 
* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 4 TO 8 INCHES. 
 
* WINDS...NORTH 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH. 
 
* TEMPERATURES...IN THE TEENS AND 20 SUNDAY NIGHT...AND IN THE 
MIDDLE TO UPPER 20S DURING THE DAY MONDAY. 
 
* VISIBILITIES...REDUCED TO 1 MILE OR LESS AT TIMES.
