Contractors from EIC Associates were present at the end of West 12th Road this morning taking samples from the end of street outflow where the new bulkhead will be constructed.
EIC Associates is the contractor awarded the NYC DOT/DDC Broad Channel Capital Project (HWQ1182A) which will see the construction of new bulkheads and raised streets on West 11th, 12th and 13th Roads.
According to their web site, "EIC Associates "performs heavy construction and marine work for the public and private sectors in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut with a special focus on the public sector of the New York City Metropolitan Area."
