This past Sunday saw Broad Channel's first annual Super Bowl "Tail Gate" party hosted by the community's Prince-Wynn Post #260 V.F.W. and it was a standing room only success.
Although the temperature started to get quite chilly early in the afternoon, the Men's and Ladies Auxiliary steadfastly manned the barbecue to keep the Hot Dogs and Franks coming.
Good friends, great conversation, plenty of food and cold drinks....all for a great cause.
Even our local State Assemblyman, Phil Goldfeder, stopped by to support our veterans.
What more could you ask for?
