Just because a road has been salted does not mean that it will not freeze.
The effectiveness of commonly used road salt loses its effectiveness as the temperature drops.
28-32 degrees Fahrenheit - highly effective
24-28 degrees Fahrenheit - moderately effective (road refreezes slowly)
20-24 degrees Fahrenheit - low effectiveness (road refreezes quickly)
Less than 20 degrees Fahrenheit - little or no effectiveness
If you have to drive during or just after tomorrow's pending snowstorm and below freezing temperatures do so with extreme caution.
