WASHINGTON D.C. — The mammoth task of enlightening Congress of potential cataclysmic effects of the Biggert-Waters Act of 2012 are gaining traction, thanks to Congressman Tom Marino (R-Pa. 10), but in no way is the lawmaker confident the act will be repealed — at this point — though he continues to push forward.
Marino this week introduced legislation to fully repeal the act, which was approved overwhelmingly by both the House and Senate in 2012.
