By Tuesday we we all be feeling a distinct chill in the air as an Arctic flow of frigid air overtakes our area bringing with it the first overnight freezing temperatures of this fall season..
As the front approaches winds will pick up and wind chill factors will make the actual temperatures feel much colder.
The good news is that the Euro Model forecast which has been aggressively forecasting a significant weather event along the coast over the past several days has revised its forecast and it now appears that although a low pressure system may still develop along the southern leading edge of the cold front it will move well offshore and intensify far enough off our coast to avoid any possibility of our first nor'easter of the season.
More good news...seasonal temperatures should return to our area by the end of the week.
