At high tide, Jamaica Bay has already run more than three quarters up West 12th Road towards Cross Bay Boulevard.
Thankfully, residents have heeded the tidal flood warnings and have moved their vehicles to higher ground.
Once again, the lower (bay) end of West 12 Road has become one with Jamiaca Bay.
