It is beginning to look like Tropical Storm Humberto will be moving into an area favorable to its'strengthening by mid-week and we may have our season's first hurricane.
Later this week Humberto is likely to weaken when it then moves into an area with drier air and more disruptive winds.
Not to worry though - a curve to the NW and then the N is forecast for this week which will take Humberto (either as a Hurricane or a Tropical Storm) over the open waters of the middle Atlantic and well away from our coastal mainland areas.
