Don't get too comfortable with this cool weather...Summer is returning next week....

Although cooler-than-average temperatures have settled over much of our area for part of the summer a stretch of higher temperatures will be on the way next week, finally bringing things back up to normal for the latter half of August.

Temperatures will be settling in the mid- to upper 80s for our area here in Broad Channel by the middle of next week.
