Monday evening's Tidal Street Flooding on W12thRd

At 7:50 pm the bay end of West 12th Road already had well over a foot of tidal flooding
which covered half of a neighbor's front fence.

An hour later, as the high tide peaked at 8:50 pm and the sun was setting, a West 12th Road resident carefully navigates through the tide which is now above her knees.
