Another low pressure system...Another 3-4 inches of rain!



Another low pressure system...another 3-4 inches of rain.

The heavy rain will reach our area late this morning and will continue, on and off, light then heavy, through tomorrow accompanied by possible thunderstorms.

The good news is that the severe weather accompanying this system will slowly pass south of us as it moves off the coast.


  • TodayRain and possibly a thunderstorm. Some of the storms could produce heavy rainfall. High near 67. East wind 10 to 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New rainfall amounts between 1 and 2 inches possible.
  • TonightRain and possibly a thunderstorm. Some of the storms could produce heavy rainfall. Low around 58. Breezy, with an east wind 18 to 21 mph becoming north after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 34 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New rainfall amounts between 1 and 2 inches possible.
  • FridayA chance of rain before noon, then a chance of showers, mainly between noon and 3pm. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 67. Breezy, with a north wind 16 to 24 mph. Chance of precipitation is 50%. New precipitation amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.
