Residents of Southeast Louisiana have been getting
a better look at the federal government's new flood maps, and in many cases,
the things they're seeing aren't pretty.

people of St. Charles Parish were shown the FEMA flood maps for their
neighborhoods and there was some sticker shock.
A meeting was
called Monday night to discuss the issues raised by the maps.
St. Charles Parish
President V.J. St. Pierre was in the studio with more information.
