DEC to hold sewage discharge violations in abeyance....

I just received the below email from our Assemblyman, Phil Goldfeder, regarding outstanding sewage discharge violations re: Lanark/Church Roads.


Hey Peter-

I just spoke to Venetia Lannon, Regional Director for NYS Dept. of
Environmental Conservation who informed me that all violations that were
given to homeowners for sewage being discharged into the Bay will be in
abeyance until such time that the matter is investigated and resolved with
the city agencies. Another small victory for the affected homeowners in
BC.
